You didn’t receive proper service from the CETM? You feel that a judge was disrespectful toward you?
That’s not normal. If this happened to you, you have options.
If your rights were not respected
If, for example, you failed to receive the information to which you were entitled after having submitted a request, such as Notices of Hearing, you may file a complaint with the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ) by email or regular mail:
